InspectOnce stripped, all components of your motor are carefully inspected by one of our expert technicians. |
Repair / RewindOnce inspected and any faults identified, your motor is taken to the winding department to be rewound and repaired. |
BalanceBefore being re-assembled, motors are taken to our in-house balancing machine to be balanced. |
ReassembleOnce all components of the motor are in good working order, the motor is reassembled to correct specification |
TestMotors are then taken to our state of the art testing area to ensure they are compliant with industry standards and can withstand their usual operating conditions |
Clean and ResprayOnce motors have been suitably testing, they are taken to the wash down station to be cleaned then over to be re-sprayed in our spray booth |
DeliveryAt the end of the process, your motor will be sent back to you good as new – we can also arrange for collection within working hours. |
